Unido Crypto Debit Card Program: Bridging the Gap Between Crypto and Traditional Payments

05 May 2023

Unido to launch crypto-to-fiat debit card in June 2023!

In just a few weeks, Unido will be hitting a major milestone in their expansion plan: the Unido Crypto Debit Card. The program will start with a virtual debit card which can be loaded with crypto funds, making spending incredibly easy and flexible, with no formal KYC required.

This program is the result of Unido's ongoing marketing campaign, which the team has been running in various markets since October 2022. Unido is thrilled to see this becoming a reality and is happy to offer its customers a new and exciting way to spend their crypto funds. This is part of the first stage of Unido's Crypto Debit Card development plan, as the team is working to integrate this program within Unido Wallet aligned with other developments in the strategic roadmap, adding more features and utilities for the platform users.

About the Cards

The Unido Crypto Debit Card will be available in both virtual and physical forms. The virtual cards will be available from the first week of June, while the physical cards are planned for release later in the year.

One of the most significant features of the Unido Crypto Debit Card is that it can be used with millions of merchants worldwide, making it incredibly convenient and easy to use. Additionally, whenever a card is topped up, a portion of the fees is used to buy and burn $UDO, which makes the token more deflationary.

Virtual Card Features

The virtual cards have no formal KYC requirements, meaning you can simply load them with crypto and start using them right away. Here are some of the features of the virtual Unido Crypto Debit Card:

Note: these features are provisional and may change prior to launch of the product.

  • Visa and Mastercard available
  • Supports Google and Apple Pay for selected regions
  • $5000 max spending limit
