The rise of the SME crypto conversation
Lately crypto has been gaining a lot of attention, both in governments and industry.
The Biden Administration recently announced their major research project to explore the digital asset class and one of the key priorities is safe and equitable access to finance, a key priority for SMEs.
Also, Visa just announced its Visa Creator Program to help small and micro businesses get into the digital economy.
The shift towards Web3 and crypto has been fairly subtle over the last 10 years but now it's hard to go a day without hearing about Web3, Defi, Metaverse and NFTs in SME conversations on Facebook groups, LinkedIn and Club House.
Only a few years ago it would have been unheard of for a small business to own crypto, let alone be paid and pay in crypto and now it’s not all that uncommon.
So, with the beta release of our enterprise platform aimed at SMEs, we thought it was a good time to ask:
